We take pride in our reputation for amazing clothes and a high-quality experience. If for some reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. After the 15 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached, unworn, washed or altered. All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Lindley Haus has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.
Your return must be postmarked (dropped off at the shipping carrier) by the 15th day.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Service team at info@jackandgeorgia.com within 5 days of receiving the item. If our team is not notified within the 5 day period, it will not qualify for a return or a replacement
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
The return total will be sent as a giftcard to the email used at checkout. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the return. Please allow 14 business days for Jack and Georgia to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jack and Georgia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
